Do you offer local service?

Yes. ArmorTech provides local and regional service across supported service areas, with remote support and mail-in options available nationwide.

Should I book or diagnose first?

If you already know you need service, book directly. If you are not sure what failed, start with ArmorTech IQ to narrow the problem before scheduling service or buying parts.

Do you source parts?

Yes. ArmorTech can help source parts, boards, components, accessories, refurbished devices, and hard-to-find repair options through supplier channels and ArmorTech Shop.

ArmorTech Protect

Is ArmorTech Protect a warranty?

No. ArmorTech Protect is not insurance and not a home warranty. It is a support, Device Vault, remote diagnosis, managed repair, service coordination, parts sourcing, and repair discount membership.

What is the Device Vault?

The Device Vault stores device records such as brand, model number, serial number, photos, receipts, repair history, parts used, quotes, invoices, and recommendations.

Are remote diagnostics unlimited?

No. Remote diagnostic cases are limited by plan so ArmorTech can keep service realistic, responsive, and sustainable.

Do members get free repairs?

No. Parts, labor, travel, dispatch, shipping, and third-party charges remain billable unless specifically discounted under active membership benefits.

What happens if parts are needed?

ArmorTech sends a final quote before parts are ordered or additional labor is scheduled. The customer approves the quote before the repair continues.

Mail-In Repair

What can I mail in?

Circuit boards, control boards, power boards, appliance boards, game consoles, automotive electronics, displays, modules, and specialty electronics may be eligible for mail-in evaluation.

What if the board cannot be repaired?

If repair is not practical, ArmorTech can discuss return, replacement sourcing, donor board options, or alternative service paths.

Commercial

Does ArmorTech service businesses?

Yes. ArmorTech supports hotels, offices, retail locations, rental companies, property managers, commercial facilities, restaurants, warehouses, and multi-location accounts.

Can commercial service be bundled?

Yes. ArmorTech can combine repair support, recurring service, Device Vault records, priority routing, parts sourcing, and reporting into a practical commercial service program.
