Initial Membership Activation
Device Verification
ArmorTech collects device type, brand, model number, serial number, photos, location, and known condition.
Condition Status
Devices may be marked Active, Aging, Parts Risk, Limited Support, or Replacement Recommended.
No Annual Inspections
ArmorTech Protect does not include annual preventive inspections. The focus is records, diagnosis, dispatch, quotes, and repair decisions.
Activation Before Benefits
Some repair discounts and replacement assistance require devices to be registered before the issue is reported.
How Member Repair Requests Work
1. Report The Issue
Tell ArmorTech what failed and provide symptoms, photos, model information, and Device Vault records.
2. Remote Diagnosis First
ArmorTech attempts to solve or narrow the issue remotely within the member's plan limits.
3. Dispatch If Needed
If onsite service is needed, ArmorTech coordinates a technician. This may be ArmorTech, a subcontractor, or an approved third-party provider.
4. Final Quote Before Parts
If parts or additional labor are needed, ArmorTech sends a final quote for approval before parts are ordered.

Parts, labor, dispatch fees, travel, outsourced service, third-party provider charges, shipping, replacement products, emergency work, specialty services, and non-standard repairs remain billable unless specifically discounted under active membership benefits.
